EmergenTeck provides professional training programs in RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Artificial Intelligence, Microsoft Power Platform, and related automation technologies. Our services include:

To enrol in a paid training program, you must complete the registration process and pay the applicable fees. By registering, you confirm that:

- All information you provide is accurate and complete - You are 18 years of age or older - You agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself

We reserve the right to refuse enrolment at our discretion.

Course fees are published on our Website and are subject to change without notice. The applicable fee is the fee in effect at the time of your enrolment confirmation.

Payment: Full payment or agreed instalment amounts must be received before access to course materials and live sessions is granted unless otherwise agreed in writing.

GST: Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be added to course fees as required by Indian law.

Cancellation by student: If you cancel your enrolment before the first class, you are entitled to a full refund minus any processing charges. Cancellations after the first class are non-refundable.

Course rescheduling: If you are unable to attend a batch, we will make reasonable efforts to transfer you to the next available batch at no additional charge, subject to availability.

Cancellation by EmergenTeck: If we cancel a batch due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or transfer to an alternative batch.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@emergenteck.in.

Upon enrolment and payment:

- You will receive access to live training sessions, recorded sessions (where applicable), and course materials for the duration of your program - Course materials and recordings are provided for your personal educational use only - You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any course content without our written permission - Access to recorded sessions may be available for a limited period (typically 3-6 months) after course completion

All content on the EmergenTeck Website and in our training programs, including but not limited to course materials, videos, PDFs, presentations, code samples, and written content, is the intellectual property of EmergenTeck or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. Any other use is strictly prohibited.

When using our Website or participating in our training programs, you agree not to:

- Share your login credentials or allow others to access your account - Record, distribute, or share live training sessions without written permission - Engage in any disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour during sessions - Use our content for commercial purposes or to compete with EmergenTeck - Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

Violation of these conditions may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

EmergenTeck provides placement assistance as a value-added service. This includes resume review, mock interviews, and job referrals. However, we do not guarantee employment or a specific salary. Placement outcomes depend on individual performance, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EmergenTeck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Website or Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Our Website and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
